Iron Dame Women's Competition




CrossFit West Houston couldn't be more excited to announce our first annual competition that's just for the LADIES of CFWH!

The Iron Dame Competition is going down on Saturday February 7th and promises to be a fun and challenging competition for both the beginner and the experienced athlete! If you're interested in competing in this year's CrossFit Games Open, this will be the perfect way to get your competitive juices flowing! And if you've never competed in a CrossFit competition, what better way to get started than in the confines of your very own home box!

We will test each athlete in 3 to 4 workouts that vary in length, load, and skills required. By the end of the day, we will crown winners and hand out some awesome prizes. Registration is $30 and includes a special Iron Dame T-Shirt. The athletes briefing will start at 7:45 AM and we'll announce the winners at 11:45. Come on out and see how you stack up against the other ladies at CFWH!

The deadline to sign up and get your t-shirt is January 27th!
