Row Like a Pro!

Are you scared of the rower? Do you skip days when there's rowing in the workout? Do you need help pacing your row so you're not dead for the next movement in the WOD? If this sounds like you, come and join Coach Ryan for our Row Skills clinic as he teaches you how to learn to love the rower while he covers the following topics:

  • Fundamentals of proper posture, grip, and foot positioning
  • Proper sequencing of the legs and arms in the catch, drive, and recovery ultimately leading to a sustainable, efficient stroke
  • How to pace your rowing piece - how many strokes per minute, what damper setting, how hard do I go??!?
  • Rowing workouts you can do at the gym to improve your VO2 max (i.e. get better at EVERYTHING we do involving heavy breathing)
